Plastic Bag Filter
Description:
The polypropylene single-bag filter is molded from PP plastic material, designed for filtering liquids with strong acids and bases. It features high filtration precision and large flow rates. This product is formed with a one-piece mold and uses advanced international production standards. It is equipped with imported materials, processing techniques, and standard filter bags, ensuring unified filtration performance, high reliability, and operational convenience. It is widely used in petroleum, chemicals, food and beverages, microelectronics, water treatment, membrane industries, pharmaceuticals, and metal processing for advanced water quality treatment.
Working Principle:
The polypropylene single-bag filter has a support basket to hold the filter bag. The liquid to be filtered enters from the top of the bag, allowing for even distribution across the entire filter surface. This uniform distribution reduces turbulence, improving filtration performance. The liquid flows from the inside to the outside of the bag, with particles and impurities trapped inside. The high-strength stainless steel mesh support basket significantly increases the filtration surface area, providing a large and unobstructed filtering surface.
Product Features:
*The filter housing adopts a dual-standard design, allowing for the use of either filter bags or filter cartridges.
* Smooth inner surfaces without grooves for easy cleaning.
* Unique leak-proof design to prevent bypass and overflow.
* The filter housing lid has a handle for easy opening, making filter material replacement quick and convenient.
* The filter bags also have handles for easy replacement and safe cleaning.
* Follow the specified operating conditions; avoid exceeding temperature and pressure limits.
